William Arthurs MA FCA FRSA (Editor & Publisher)William Arthurs is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is a member of the advisory board of the Landscape & Arts Network, an environmental arts charity. William co-founded and currently chairs the Transatlantic Institute, an educational charity researching international affairs. William read Mathematics, and then Philosophy Politics & Economics, at Trinity College Oxford. William is a member of the London Topographical Society, the Victorian Society and the Ancient Monuments Society. In the 1980s he carried out consultancy work for the Landmark Trust, which led to a continuing interest in and support for the Trust's work. William lived in London for many years but now resides in Chesham Bois, Bucks., where in his spare time he enjoys walking, photography and drawing. |

Liam YoungLiam Young currently lives and works in London as an independent designer, futurist, critic and curator. Liam was recently named by Blueprint magazine as one of 25 people who will change architecture and design in 2010. He is a founder of the think tank Tomorrow's Thoughts Today, a group whose work explores the consequences of fantastic, perverse and underrated urbanisms, and teaches award-winning design studios around the world. His projects deploy fictional near-future scenarios as critical instruments for instigating debate about the social, architectural and political consequences of emerging biological and technological futures. |
